What needs a service outside WEKRAM BIZ

E-mail

Invitations, sign-in codes, reminders and store e-mails are sent through a mailbox set up for the platform. If that mailbox is unavailable, those e-mails wait or fail. Customer messages are not e-mail.

WhatsApp and SMS

Opened in your team's own app with the message ready. A person presses send. The platform sends nothing, so it cannot tell you whether a message was delivered or read.

Android notifications

Phone notifications need a push service that has not been set up. The Android app is not released.

WooCommerce

A read-only link to an existing WooCommerce shop needs that shop's access keys. It is not the WEKRAM online store.

Switched on for your business

Marketing, blog, statistics, the assistant, the store and the whole Business ERP area are modules. WEKRAM switches them on for a business, and the menu shows only those.

A WEKRAM-built website

The store, blog, statistics and assistant work with a website that WEKRAM builds and releases, because WEKRAM publishes the pages they need.
