Website terms of use

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website only. They are not an offer to sell, and they do not set the terms on which WEKRAM BIZ is provided to a business. Any such terms are agreed separately and in writing with the business concerned.

What the pages are for

The pages describe WEKRAM BIZ in general terms. They show sample screens with sample data, not real customers or real figures. The availability labels (Available now, Early access, In development, Planned) say what stage a capability is at on the date of the page. Things in development or planned may change or may not be released. Nothing on this website is a promise of a feature, a date, a price or a result.

Using the enquiry form

Please send real enquiries only, with details that are yours to give. Do not use the form to send spam, advertising, malicious content or other people's personal details, and do not submit it automatically or in bulk. We may block requests that look like abuse. What we do with your details is described in the privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Do not try to disrupt or probe the website, overload it, or reach parts of it that are not meant to be public.

Ownership

The text, design, sample screens and the WEKRAM and WEKRAM BIZ names belong to WEKRAM or its licensors. You may link to this website. Please do not copy it or present it as your own without asking us.

Other websites

The business sign-in leads to a separate address (wekram.com/admin). The websites of businesses that use WEKRAM BIZ are theirs, not ours.

Limits

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is complete, current or always reachable. To the extent the law allows, WEKRAM is not responsible for loss that results from relying on the information on these pages.

Changes and contact

We may change these terms and will update the date above. Questions about them: contact@wekram.com.
