Each platform, honestly

What you can do on each

We say what exists, and what does not, so you can plan around it.

Web

Available now

The full business portal in a computer or phone browser. Every area your business has switched on is here.

  • Sign in at wekram.com/admin, or at the address WEKRAM gave your business.
  • Menu, search and shortcuts for fast work on a computer.

Android app

In development

For everyday work away from a desk. Built and being tested; not yet available to download.

  • Home with what needs attention, Enquiries, Tasks and Notifications.
  • From an enquiry: call, WhatsApp or e-mail. WhatsApp opens with the text ready, and nothing is sent by the app.
  • Phone notifications need a push service that has not been set up yet.

Windows app

In development

The portal in its own Windows window, for the desk. Built and being tested; not yet publicly released.

  • The same screens as the web portal, in an application window.
  • Your sign-in is kept in Windows Credential Manager and the app can lock when idle.
  • Updates are downloaded and checked in the background, and installed when you quit or restart.

One account, one set of information

Change it in one place and it is changed everywhere

The apps are not separate copies of your business. They are other ways into the same account.

  • Sign in with the same account on every platform, with the same people and the same permissions.
  • A customer added on the web is there on the phone. An enquiry answered on the phone is answered on the web.
  • What a person may see and do is decided by the account, not by the device.

One business account. One sign-in. The same people, customers and documents on every platform.

On a desk

The Windows app is the web portal, in a window

Same screens, same words, same menu. Here is what an enquiry looks like in an application window.

  • No new screens to learn: if you know the web portal, you know the Windows app.

What should I use today?

The web portal. It works on a computer and in a phone browser, and it is the only way into WEKRAM BIZ that is available now. We will announce the Android and Windows apps here and on the availability page when they can be downloaded. Until then, please do not look for them in an app store.
