Plain words
Buttons say what you want to do: Create a quotation, Add a follow-up, Record payment. Not what the system calls it.
Simple for every employee
Business software fails when ordinary employees cannot find their way. WEKRAM BIZ is designed around the person doing the work: they see their own tasks, in plain language, and are guided through the jobs that have several steps.
We design for this and test it on real screens. We do not promise a training time, because every team is different. We will show your team around.
Three short steps. Nothing reaches your customer until you issue the quotation.
What makes it simple
None of them is clever. Together they are the difference between software people use and software people avoid.
Buttons say what you want to do: Create a quotation, Add a follow-up, Record payment. Not what the system calls it.
Quotations and invoices take three short steps. Nothing reaches your customer until you issue the document.
Customers, Sales, Marketing, Website and Set-up. Rarely used options live one level deeper.
The menu and the home screen show what your business uses and what your role allows. Nothing you cannot use is in your way.
The home screen starts the day with what needs attention and buttons for the things you do most.
A mistake in a field is explained in a sentence next to the field. After saving, the system says so.
Role-aware by design
Choose a person to see what they see. The owner has Set-up and Team; a team member sees Home, Customers, Sales and Help.
Everything the business uses, including Set-up and Team.
Home, Customers, Sales and Help. No Set-up, no Team.
Today there are two access levels: Owner (everything, including team, invoices and business details) and Team member (enquiries and requests). The server enforces them, not only the menu. Custom roles are planned and not built yet.
A grouped menu
Items are grouped by the job they serve and named in plain words. A search box (Ctrl+K) finds a screen or a record from anywhere.
Mistakes, kindly
No error codes. A short sentence beside the field tells the person what to change.
Not this: "Validation failed (400)"
This: "Use numbers only, for example 18500."
Please enter a full e-mail address, such as name@company.com.
Use numbers only, for example 18500.
The web portal is available today. The Windows app shows the same screens in its own window, and the Android app covers everyday work. Both are in development, and both sign in to the same account. In development
That it can be learned in a fixed number of minutes. Some jobs, such as GST invoices or stock counts, need understanding whatever the software. What we promise is that the software will not add confusion of its own.
Bring the colleague who is least comfortable with software. They are who we design for.
