Questions we are often asked, answered plainly

Short answers, in plain words, based only on what WEKRAM BIZ does today. If the answer is "not yet", we say so.

Using WEKRAM BIZ

What is WEKRAM BIZ?

WEKRAM BIZ is business software that keeps enquiries, customers, quotations, GST invoices, an online store and customer messages together in one place, so your team stops retyping and the owner can see what needs attention.

Can I use it today?

Yes, on the web. The business portal works in a computer or phone browser today. The Android app and the Windows app are built and being tested, but they are not available to download yet.

Is there an app I can download?

Not yet. Please do not look for WEKRAM BIZ in an app store. We will say on the Platforms page when the Android and Windows apps can be downloaded.

How do I get started?

Book a demo or write to us. WEKRAM sets up your business, you invite your team by e-mail, and WEKRAM switches on the parts you need, so the menu shows only what your business uses.

How much does it cost?

This website does not show prices. Tell us about your business with the demo form and we will reply by e-mail.

Who builds and looks after my website?

WEKRAM does. Your website is its own project, released to your domain with WEKRAM's tools, and the business portal is installed on your domain at /admin.

What it does, and does not do

Does it send WhatsApp messages by itself?

No. The platform prepares the message and the list of customers. A person on your team opens each message in their own WhatsApp or SMS app and presses send. Nothing is sent automatically.

Does it send e-mail campaigns?

No. Customer messages are WhatsApp and SMS. The platform does send e-mail to your team and shoppers, such as invitations, sign-in codes, reminders and store order e-mails, when its mail service is set up.

Does it handle GST?

Quotations and invoices split GST into CGST and SGST, or charge IGST, depending on the customer's state, and produce a one-page PDF. It does not file GST returns.

Is it accounting software?

No. There is no accounting ledger or financial statements, and no payroll or HR. They are not built. Your accountant keeps the books.

Can customers pay by card in the online store?

Not yet. Customers pay by cash on delivery, or by UPI or bank transfer that you confirm by hand. Card payments need a payment provider that has not been set up.

What is early access?

Early access means built and tested, but not switched on for any real business yet. It is available on request and is being introduced with selected businesses. The stock, purchasing, sales order, delivery and approval features are early access.

Your data and security

Can another business see my information?

No. Every record belongs to one business, and every request is checked against the business that is signed in. This is covered by automated tests.

Does it have two-step sign-in?

Yes. You can sign in with a password and a second step, using an authenticator app or an e-mailed code. You can also see the devices you are signed in on and sign any of them out.

Does this website track me?

No. It sets no cookies, has no analytics or advertising trackers and loads nothing from other hosts. If you send an enquiry, the privacy notice says what we keep and for how long.

Do you have security certifications or an uptime guarantee?

No. We hold no security certification and we give no uptime guarantee. The Security page lists what we do, and what we do not claim.

Support and contact

How do I ask WEKRAM for a change or advice?

Inside the portal, use Requests to WEKRAM. You can also see your services and renewal dates there.

How do I contact WEKRAM?

Write to contact@wekram.com or info@wekram.com, or use the demo form on this website and we will reply by e-mail. No phone number or address is published here.
