A website brings customers to you. A platform helps you look after them. We do both, so they fit together.

Support inside the product
Clients ask for changes and advice from the portal, and see their services and renewal dates there.
How support works

- Send a request to WEKRAM from inside the portal: a change on your website, or something that is not working.
- Follow each request by its number and status, and reply to us in the same place. We reply there and by e-mail.
- See your services and renewal dates in the portal, and ask us about anything unclear.
