Selling: enter it once

Type the customer once. Every step already has them.

A filled dot is where information is entered. A ring is where it is carried over, so nobody types it again.

The selling journey

Six steps from an enquiry to money in the bank

The grey-dashed steps belong to the early-access Business operations module. Without it, you go straight from quotation to invoice.

  1. A customer asks Available now

An enquiry arrives from your website or the website assistant. You reply, assign it and set a follow-up.

Entered here: Name, e-mail, phone, message
    Sample data
  2. You quote Available now

Start a quotation from the enquiry in three short steps. The customer is already there.

Carried over: Customer and contactEntered here: Items, quantities, pricesEntered here: GST worked out
    Sample data
  3. The customer says yes: a sales order Early access

The quotation becomes a sales order that you confirm. A rule can ask for approval first.

Carried over: Customer, items, prices, GST
    Sample dataEarly access
  4. You deliver, in one or several parts Early access

Record each delivery against the order. The delivered quantity can never exceed the ordered quantity. The delivery note has no prices and a signature box.

Carried over: Ordered items and quantitiesEntered here: Quantity delivered
  5. You invoice Available now

Make the GST invoice from the quotation or from the order. Share the PDF, or open WhatsApp or e-mail with the message ready.

Carried over: Customer, items, prices, GSTEntered here: Invoice number and date
    Sample data
  6. You record the payment Available now

Record what arrived, in full or in part. The invoice shows what is left. With the early-access receipts, one payment can settle several invoices.

Carried over: Invoice and balanceEntered here: Amount received

Buying: enter it once

Order once. The goods, the stock and the bill follow.

The same idea on the buying side. All of this journey is early access.

Early access Stock and purchasing are early access: built and tested, available on request, being introduced with selected businesses.
