Follow one purchase through four screens. The supplier and the items are entered once.

Stock moves when goods arrive
Goods received add to stock automatically for the items you keep in stock, in the place you choose. An item matches by name or by the stock item you pick.
- No second entry: the goods you receive are the stock you add.
- Everything is dated and goes into a financial year and period that you control.
- Every change is kept in an audit history.
Not accounting
Stock and purchasing records what happened. They do not post to an accounting ledger, because WEKRAM BIZ does not have one yet, and they do not file GST. Use them to run the business; your accountant still keeps the books.
