Who we are
This website, biz.wekram.com, presents WEKRAM BIZ and is run by WEKRAM. You can reach us at contact@wekram.com.
What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
- It has no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no third-party fonts, widgets or embedded content.
- It has no sign-in. Business customers sign in on a separate address (wekram.com/admin), which has its own terms.
What you send us
If you use the enquiry form, we receive what you type: your name and work e-mail (required); and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, company, type of business, team size, the areas you want to manage and a message. We also receive the kind of enquiry you chose (book a demo, talk to sales, or ask a question), the address of the page you used, the time, and the statement that you agreed to this notice.
If you write to us by e-mail, we receive your e-mail and what it contains.
What the website adds to keep itself safe
- When the form is used, the website issues a short-lived, single-use code and may ask your browser to solve a small puzzle. This lets us tell people from automated abuse. It does not identify you.
- To limit abuse, the platform counts requests per internet (IP) address in its memory. For the record of form activity it keeps only a code derived from your IP address that changes every day, so it cannot be linked from one day to the next. The plain IP address is not written to the enquiry records.
- Like any website, our servers and hosting provider record technical request details, including the IP address, to run and secure the service. The platform's own log files are rotated and kept for about two weeks.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to reply to you, and to arrange a demo or answer your questions. We rely on the consent you give by ticking the box on the form. We use the safety measures above to protect the website from abuse. We do not use your details for anything else, we do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is sent by e-mail to WEKRAM, and stored in WEKRAM's own enquiry records, where our team can read it. Our hosting provider and our e-mail delivery service handle it on our behalf, only to run the service. We do not share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
- Messages that our filter judges to be spam are held apart for review and are not used for anything else. Those kept as files are removed after 30 days.
- Records of form activity, which hold the daily code described above but no names, are kept for 90 days.
- An enquiry is kept for as long as we need it to reply and to remember the conversation. If you become a customer, it becomes part of our business records. Enquiries kept as files are removed automatically after 12 months. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to contact@wekram.com from the address you used, and we will reply by e-mail. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, please tell us first so that we can put it right.
Changes
If the website or the form changes in a way that affects your details, we update this page and the date above.
